Ask NZSIA is a speculative demonstration built by EmerTech. It answers plain-English questions about NZSIA — membership, refunds, course prerequisites, the ISIA Stamp, the 2026 calendar — and shows the exact passage in NZSIA's own documents that each answer comes from. If the documents don't contain the answer, it says so rather than guessing.
The knowledge base is 24 publicly available NZSIA documents (103 sections) — the FAQ, policies, course outlines, the ISIA Stamp page, member benefits, and a dated snapshot of the public 2026 course calendar. No member login, no paid manual content, and no access to any NZSIA system was used to build it. It can be taken down at any time on request.
Ask NZSIA and the handbook search run on NZSIA's public documents and answer live today. The platform modules— booking & eligibility, foreign-qualification recognition, the member portal & digital card, rostering, timesheets, digital scoresheets, reporting, communications, health & safety, the ops dashboard and instructor verification — are clickable prototypes of what we could build with NZSIA's data, shown here on clearly-labelled, invented sample records so you can walk every workflow without us touching any real member information. Use the “Viewing as”switch in the top bar to see the same platform as a member, examiner, division manager, admin or board member. Nothing in any of them is ever sent on anyone's behalf.
