This first pass assumes one trainer per eight candidates, qualified-only assignment, a travel flag when a course is outside an examiner’s home region, and a clash flag when dates overlap. Real rostering is more nuanced than any demo — tell us your rules (preferred-instructor lists, regional quotas, multi-day course constraints, workload fairness) and we’ll build them in. That’s a quick conversation, and the right next step.
